Edward and Alphonse Elric, two brothers, live in an alternate world where alchemy and magic are more important than science. They work together to bring their dead mother back using alchemy but unfortunately, things go wrong. This results in Edward losing his limbs and Alphonse losing his body! Now their new quest is to join the military in search of The Philosopher's Stone, the one thing that can bring back their original bodies.
